Assembly 2025 is open to anyone whose company is a member of an EGGA national galvanizers association. If you are not sure if your company is a member – please ask us before registering.

Sightseeing Tours

Delegate registration fee includes:

• All lunches and coffee breaks associated with the meeting, including simultaneous interpretation between English, French, German, Spanish, and Italian
• Documentation, including presentations in e-format
• Welcome Reception on 10 June
• Conference Dinner on 11 June

There is an additional charge for the optional visits to galvanizing plants on 12 & 13 June.

Accompanying Person’s fee includes:

• Welcome Reception on 10 June
• Conference Dinner on 11 June

Additional sightseeing tours available at extra cost.

Visas

Delegates requiring visas for entry into Ireland are asked to apply for their visas at their local Irish Embassy as soon as possible: Visas For Ireland | Department Of Foreign Affairs | Ireland.ie | Ireland.ie If letters of invitation are required, please contact EGGA. Please allow sufficient time for the authorities to process your visa application.

VAT

EU law obliges the organisers to charge VAT in the country in which the event is held. Irish VAT of 23% is added to the delegate registration fees. EU-registered companies will be able to reclaim this VAT and should include their VAT registration number when registering. Non-EU companies may also be able to reclaim Irish VAT if a reciprocal refund agreement exists with their country and other conditions are met. Irish VAT is applicable to all sightseeing tours and visits to galvanizing plants.

A formal VAT invoice for items that are subject to Irish VAT can be requested during your online registration and will be provided by email. The invoice generated during the registration process is not a formal VAT invoice.

How to Pay

The Registration fee must be paid by bank transfer or by credit card. Please ensure that you pay any charges levied by your bank so that these are not debited to the event account. Details on how to make your payment will be given at the end of your online registration process. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, download a pro-forma invoice at the end of your registration and make payment immediately.

Cancellation: Registration, Sightseeing and Plant Visits

• Cancellations received before 11 April 2025 – full refund
• Cancellations received between 11April 2025 and 12 May 2025 – 50% refund of fees
• No refunds will be made for cancellations received after 12 May 2025
• Substitution of delegates is permitted at any time but must be notified in advance
